We endeavour to respond to all inquiries as quickly as we possibly can, however outside of our opening hours (seen at the bottom of the page) you may experience a slight delay.
If you need to make any changes to your reservation then we will try our best to accommodate. In most cases as long as we are informed of changes with plenty of notice then we can sort out any issues that you may have however if you are close to your date of travel then additional fees may be applied.
You can also log into my.bustravel.is with your booking reference number and make changes to your booking yourself if you so wish.
For anything regarding rescheduling, cancelations or re-booking please contact us via the e-mail email@example.com and include your booking reference number.
In case of a cancellation of any tour by ourselves here at Iceland Intro (due to unfavorable weather conditions, technical difficulties or else independent of our control), you will be offered to one of the following:
Iceland Intro reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event that availability for said reservation was incorrectly offered. In that case, the customers would be fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
All cancellations from customers should be notified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to pickup time.
